Arianne Richards brings five years of coaching experience with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, four years of care coordination, and her CDC Certified Lifestyle Coach credential to her role as Champion Coach. She is deeply committed to championing each client's goals and meeting them exactly where they are on their wellness journey. Outside of her work at InControl, Arianne finds joy in family life, creative cooking, and making the most of her mornings, a practice that reflects the balance and intentionality she brings to her coaching every day.
