Kelsey Joson is the visionary Founder and CEO of InControl, bringing a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and a Master's in Education to her work alongside eight years as a Health Educator and her CDC Certified Lifestyle Coach credential. Rooted in a deep faith and an unwavering commitment to service, Kelsey built InControl as a woman-owned, Black-owned wellness organization dedicated to creating hope and equity for adults with disabilities and their families. Her warmth, expertise, and genuine heart for people are at the center of everything InControl does.
